The

Generational
Advantage

Break through generational stereotypes.
Turn differences into your workplace advantage.

Karen McCullough, CSP®

Keynote speaker on generations,
leadership, and workplace culture.

Trusted Across Industries. Relevant Across Generations.

Every Generation
Brings a Story to Work.

Different generations carry different beliefs about effort, loyalty, speed, innovation, security, and purpose. Those beliefs shape how people communicate, respond to change, and define success.

When those differences go unexamined, assumptions take over.

People misread one another, stereotypes harden, and valuable differences become workplace friction.

But when we understand the experiences behind another person’s perspective, judgment gives way to connection, and assumptions are replaced with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and curiosity.

We honor the stories that shaped us.
Then we build a stronger one
Together

That’s how organizations transform generational friction into trust, adaptability, innovation, and forward momentum.

For more than two decades, Karen McCullough has helped people move beyond generational stereotypes and discover the strength within their differences. Now, as artificial intelligence and rapid change reshape the workplace, that work matters more than ever.

Your People. Your Power. Your Advantage.

Keynotes that Move
People Forward

It’s Not Personal —
It’s Generational

How Four Generations Can Adapt, Connect,
and Work Better Together

Every generation has something to teach, learn, and change.

With humor and practical insights, Karen shows audiences how to move beyond generational assumptions, communicate with greater understanding, and build trust across generations.

Her Catch. Check. Choose. framework gives people a simple way to interrupt assumptions, work through misunderstandings, and build trust one conversation at a time.

Change Is Good...
You Go First

How to Adapt, Stay Relevant,
and Lead Through What’s Next

Change is constant. Our response to it is a choice.

In this high-energy keynote, Karen helps audiences recognize how they react when expectations shift, the rules change, or the future feels uncertain. Through humor, interaction, and her signature interactive activity, she demonstrates why self-awareness, adaptability, curiosity, and personal responsibility are essential in a workplace that never stops changing.

Generations, AI, And
The Future of Work

How Every Generation Can Learn, Adapt,
and Contribute in the Age of AI

As AI changes how work gets done, no generation has all the answers.
The future of work will belong to the generations willing to learn, adapt, and move forward together.

Karen equips today’s leaders to move beyond “just figure it out” and develop the human skills that matter most now: trust, curiosity, self-awareness, clarity, and the ability to help people adapt and grow.

The future belongs to leaders who keep learning…
and help others do the same.

Still Talking
About It

My Name
May be karen
But...
I'm Not "A Karen"

I’ve never believed a label tells you much about a person.

Running four clothing stores taught me that. If I wanted to connect with the person in front of me, I had to get curious—not make assumptions.

My customers crossed generations, each with different expectations. Understanding them was the difference between earning their trust and losing their business.

Today, I help people bring that curiosity to work—to move beyond generational stereotypes, navigate change, and build stronger relationships. I blend research, real-world experience, practical tools, and plenty of laughter. Serious workplace challenges don’t always require a serious face.

Different Generations.
One Great Event.

Let’s talk about your audience and how we can turn fresh perspectives into stronger connections, practical action, and a few good laughs.
